We’re Fran & Vicky, and we want to set up an amazing community focused coffee bookshop in Yorkshire in the UK. Brontë country.
As well as great coffee and books, we’ll also offer an event space for the arts, and run our own courses both in person and online. We’re passionate about bringing those from underrepresented backgrounds into the arts.
Events & Courses
In due course this is where we’ll list our various events and courses - whether online or in person.
Courses could be anything from an introduction to creative writing through to how to write a killer personal essay. We’ll also provide a venue for non writing courses - for example, watercolour painting or pottery.
Events will range from the likes of book clubs through to author events or write ins. If you can think of it and it helps our mission of bringing writing to more people, talk to us!
There will be an online booking facility, and courses will be paid for with free places available for those who can’t afford to pay
